Today I want to show you my favorite recipe for muffins with raisin.

Muffins with raisins are the most traditional and delicious recipe for muffins. I like the loose texture of muffins combined with soft raisins.

Ingredients:

200 g flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
150 g butter
a handful of raisins
powdered sugar to taste

Instructions:

Mix soft butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and raisins. To mix everything.

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the dough in each form one tablespoon.

Bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

At the end sprinkle muffins with powdered sugar.
