You Will Be Able To Trade Cryptocurrency On The Russian Stock Exchange
According to this article cryptos are coming to the stock exchange in Russia. This is a big deal. The article states that this will be the first stock exchange to deal with the currency. But it also says that you need to be a qualified investor if you want to get involved.
I have been keeping an eye open on the ETFs that have been trying to make it in the American market. Being able to deal with crypto on the stock market could be a big push. I would guess this would open the currency to new investors and that would be new money into the crypto world. But for now, we have yet to see a green light in the American stock exchange. However having one in Russia might still have a similar effect and this can lead to new money being put into crypto. Time will tell but if this is just the first country to do it, things can get big. Well bigger than they are now :p.

I am not sure if this is the right way to go. Sure, it will bring new money in the crypto world, but that is not what crypto is about. Bitcoin wanted to create an unregulated, easy to use payment system, Ethereum wanted to be an unchangeable, secure world-computer. But almost no one uses them as such, they have become objects of pure speculation. The small inexperienced user has no change of using them properly right now. Interesting times ahead!

I'd really like confirmation that this is true. If so, this is really huge news. A formal complete turn around for the nation's treatment of cryptocurrency, which we saw hints of earlier in the year when VB met Putin. Yes, there was hints also of a national crpytocurrency, but this is bigger than that. This is acceptance of current global currencies. This may be the source of ETH and BTC pump we're seeing today.
Countries like Russia who get out ahead of crypto's using them in their economy are going to be way do great things for their economy.
