I am not a fan of state action. The issues and concerns of proponents of Net Neutrality are only an issue because of state sanctioned or granted monopolies.
The solution to this state caused problem is not more state action, IMO.
And as far as it goes, I have been a customer of AT&T for more than 15 years and I am pleased with the products and services they have provided over the years. I have no intention of sticking them with even more regulations that hamper the options they have to serve me better.
