One of Stephen Hawking's regrets in life

From Hawking's biography:

I love the idea of Stephen Hawking running over Margeret Thatcher's toes with his wheelchair.

Hawking was a committed socialist, attributing his longer than expected life to the care he received from the UK's National Health Service. In 1963 he was told that he would only live for two more years; instead he enjoyed every day of his life until he passed away today.
