Syrian conflict is ramping up . It seems that neither side in the conflict wants to give up any of their goals . Today's report claims that Russia deployed two of their most advanced fighters SU-57 to Syria . Plus four SU-35 fighters , four SU-25 attack aircraft and early warning aircraft . Types of aircraft deployed today are mostly air superiority fighters which suggest Russia is determined to gain better control of the sky above Syria . That would allow Syrian army to continue their offensive against terrorists on all fronts . In yesterday's statement Russian foreign minister Lavrov says US and their puppets MUST leave Syria .

Let's wait and see whether there is any special purpose for those SU-57 other than field testing and some promotion to potential buyers.
Hopefully they do have some additional "jamming powers" that they can use should one of the NATO parties decide to abuse their air force in order to help their radical islamist proxies on the ground...
we'll see . they'll have some close encounters with counterparts for sure
