COVID-19 and reduction of world production caused, reduction of inquiry for OIL. That is a very bad situation for the USA because they have very big expenses for oil production. Better it is for Russia and for SAE and other middle-east countries because they have lesser production cost.
For the first time in history, we can buy a barrel of oil and producents will pay for it. Yes, this is in theory. In practice, you can buy now one barrel for 2 USD and that unbelievable!
Yes, the situation will be better and when the world economy will go up demand for OIL will go up too.
