DJI, an expert in drones and video stabilization technology, launches a robot to learn robotics, technology and artificial intelligence, emerged from a competition between universities around the world.

RoboMaster, is an annual open competition consisting of several categories, robotics, engineering and artificial intelligence (AI), and in its last call attracted 30,000 young engineers from more than 400 universities around the world.

This was RoboMaster S1, equipped with 31 sensors with which you can detect the world around you, including six in its smart bumpers. On the chassis there is a camera that offers a stabilized view in the first person.

It also has an application from which the robot can be operated which, in addition to the functions included as standard, can be programmed in both Scratch 3.0 and Python to confer new features.

There is no doubt that it will be a very entertaining toy, recommended to give at Christmas.
