After the power went out in some areas, gas prices spiked

It's not been a good week to live in parts of California.

After the power went out the other day in some areas, gas prices spiked significantly.

Well above the national average and high even for California:

They most likely won't stay at these prices, but if you live there hopefully you don't have to fill up gas anytime soon!

Bitcoin needs to step up its store of value game if goods and services start shooting up like this in other places as well.
