25 years isn't harsh enough. When you're a predator with a badge and a gun that uses that to prey on women sexually...you should be issued a "do over" in life as far as I'm concerned. What would make it better is if after the "do over" being imposed upon them, the same way they imposed themselves on those women, that they reincarnate as females, after having been being rapist pigs...and they themselves get karmic justice that in some way mirrors what they did. The prison population would make them suffer immeasurably but they'll likely be in solitary confinement.
