How much did the military spend yesterday? $477 million
Yesterday's big winner was a multiple award of a quarter of a billion dollars to several companies both within the US and without for construction and renovation projects. It's nice to see these days of low spending; wish they happened more often.

The US government is overly funded with their military spending while not addressing the welfare of the poor correctly @geke
I always ask myself how many people died or got injured each year with all this money.
The people of the USA are funding a lot of death and destruction.
The less money you earn the more of your life is being stolen and funneled into the war machine.
And this amount of money could transform the planet in a very different way...
