Anti-Trump anything: Yahoo just can't help themselves

in #news2 years ago

Most of the media was and remains anti-Trump and likely always will be. While it has calmed down a bit from the days where almost every article on Yahoo News was a negative hit-piece about the former President, they still throw some jabs here and there.

This article, which most people probably wont even read due to our diminishing attention spans, makes a correlation between the UFC and Donald Trump.

While the title is vague I kind of wondered to myself about how much intel would the boss of an MMA organization possibly have for the President of the United States? I then looked at the article and found out that this "bad intel" was just about how Dana was hanging out with Trump at a UFC event and told him to watch some particular fighter and how said fighter was going to dominate the fight. The fighter in question, who is not named, proceeded to get beaten badly.

This is the "bad intel" they are referring to. It has nothing to do with politics yet it is in the politics category. This is a puff-piece human-interest story at best and it certainly isn't political. It just fits into the category of Yahoo's continued attack on Trump and anyone that has anything to do with him.

There is another article further down the line where Jerry Springer says that Trump is "exactly like the guests on his show." I don't know about you, but I don't want to take any advice from a man who has had one of the most awful show on TV for long time that caters to the least common denominator.

So the reason why I categorize both of things as "dumb" is because they are "who cares?" stories and only feed the TDS addled people out there that haven't had any anti-Trump ammo in a while.

In the meantime our current President continues to make gaffe after gaffe, basically making a fool of himself any time he opens his mouth at a press-conference and Yahoo makes absolutely zero mention of any of this or if they do, they change his words so that what he actually said can make some semblance of sense when in reality it was garbled word-salad. Video is almost never included and if it is, it is heavily edited for the few coherent sentences that were made.

The bias is nothing new in media and it is completely expected from Yahoo who are extremely one-sided in their coverage. I only pop in there every now and then to see if maybe they have changed their ways, not because I consider it a source for anything. I suppose that I shouldn't be surprised that no, they have changed absolutely nothing and remain a propaganda outlet for the left.
