Police Officers Catch Fire Armed Robbers

Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim) Polres Lhokseumawe City, arrested a suspect robbery on the national highway after getting information from residents.

Robbery has been done several times, from police suspects securing two pistols and fifteen bullets.

In a press conference at the Lhokseumawe Police Station on Sunday (25/3/2018), the police said the suspect with the initials "MA" lives in Blang Alu Hamlet, Meunasah Krueng Village, Nisam Antara District, North Aceh.

From the hands of the "MA" suspect, the police secured a weapon with fifteen 38 mm caliber bullets in his wallet. Suspect when ambushed by the police was at his house.

From the suspect's development of "MA", a unit of police unit led by AKP Budi Nasuha Waruwu, again found a gun in the house "AN" which fled when ambushed by the police.

Head of the Lhokseumawe police station, AKBP Ari Lasta Irawan said. Arrests of armed robbers are known from public reports because the robbery action that has been done several times has made people uncomfortable.

As a result his actions are now "MA" and some evidence of firearms and ammunition is secured at Lhokseumawe police station, for further investigation and development.

Police are still hunting for some of the other suspects involved in the robbery, the suspect is threatened with a life sentence.
