Cheap Way to Gain in US Congress Votes

Can only be seen as a way to earn sympathy from the undecided voters in the coming elections on November the 6th. It can't be unrelated to the elections.

If there's no victims of these explosive devices sent to politicians from the same political line then it's a clear ploy by the non-other than the FBI to alter the results of the elections.

Why the FBI? The FBI has a lengthy history in creating false flags and framing terrorists.
