Keystone pipeline spill now Twice the original estimate

The keystone pipeline leak near Aberdeen SD has now reached an estimated spill of around 400,000 gallons. Clean up continues. This is a disaster in itself but the big question in my mind is what happens when something similar occurs under the Missouri River.?!?

I am not against pipelines because it can be a safe way to move oil but these are underengineered and sloppily constructed. The water protectors have a point . We should listen.
