Saudi Arabia slams US Senate bill accusing MBS of 'complicity' in Khashoggi's death
Saudi Arabia has slammed the US Senate for passing a resolution that accused its Crown Prince of ‘complicity’ in the Jamal Khashoggi murder, seeking to reinforce that the incident in no way reflects a statewide policy.
“Saudi Arabia deplores the recent position of the United States Senate, which was based on allegations and accusations that are unfounded and include blatant interference [in the kingdom's domestic affairs],” a Foreign Ministry official said, according to the state news agency.
