Achievement 2: Basic Security on Steem

Security is an integral part in the proper functioning/running of any organization. Without security, there probably is no use for the stance of an organization due to the level of compromise the organization's data would experience which can put the organization is jeopardy.
After going through the security system on steemit, I was impressed by the security system which involved the use of keys/passwords which I find very convenient.

Onto the questions:

Question 1: Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
Answer: Yes, I have.

Question 2: Do you know each of the key functions and restrictions?
Answer: Yes I do. They are as follow;

-Posting key: It is used for logging in, posting and commenting.

-Active key: It is used for transactional activities.

-Memo key: For the decryption and encryption of messages.

-Public key: Used to look through transactions

-Owner key: It is the most powerful key because it can be used to change any key & recover a compromised account.

Question 3: How do you plan to keep your master password?
Answer: I downloaded 4 copies of the PDF with my keys and saved them on 3 different devices.

Question 4: Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
Answer:Yes, I do

-Go to profile
-Select wallet

-Click on steem balance and select transfer

-Fill in the amount to be transferred and click next

Question 5: Do you know how to power up your steem?
Answer: Yes, I do.

-Go to profile
-Select "wallet"

-Click on steem balance and select "power up"

-Fill in the amount and click "power up".
