Thank you for your comment and upvote...it has been past 11 days since i submited this post achivement but it hasn't been yet verified...may i ask you if i have to do anything else in order to get verified my achivement?

Sorry for the delay in verifying your achievement 4-task. What you were really required to do with task-4, it was to write an article of your choice and apply at least 4 markdown styling formats in that article. Since your post cannot be edited and I already placed a small upvote on it. I have chosen to verify it.
Hope you can be able to apply those markdown styling formats that you presented in image form in your future articles.
You may proceed to achievement 5.
