Hello Steemit! 👋 I’m @anthony02, real name Abah Anthony, and I’m thrilled to officially join this vibrant community of creators, thinkers, and blockchain believers.
I’m writing to you from Benue State, Nigeria, the Food Basket of the Nation. For years I’ve watched Steemit from the sidelines, fascinated by how it empowers people to share their stories and get rewarded for real value. The idea that creators can truly own their content spoke to me, and after months of learning, I decided it was time to stop lurking and start contributing.
A bit about me:
By day, I work in Computer Science and tech support. I spend a lot of time solving real problems around money — especially helping Nigerians receive payments from abroad without the usual stress. It’s something I fell into after facing those same headaches myself. When I’m not working, you’ll catch me deep in blockchain rabbit holes, reading about financial systems, or just having real conversations with people trying to build something online. I believe the best way to grow is to share what you know and stay curious about what you don’t.

- Crypto & Payments in Nigeria – Practical guides on getting paid from abroad, navigating USD accounts, and using stablecoins without getting burnt. No fluff, just what works in 2026.

I’m not here to shout into the void. I’m here to learn from you, share openly, and build genuine connections. My goal is simple: post things that actually help someone, and document the journey as I figure things out too.
Fun fact about me: I once spent an entire weekend walking 30+ people through setting up virtual USD accounts, one WhatsApp call at a time. By Sunday night we were all tired, but everyone got paid that week.
