Happy 3rd Anniversary on steem blockchain Neoxian sir. The city of Neoxian and its Basic Important Rules

Hi there.

Before starting this post I want to congratulate @neoxian sir on his 3rd year anniversary on steem platform. 3-Years that's a huge time on any platform. Usually, people get bored. Like if i take my example i am not so social being. I hardly spend a few months on one platform and then ended up quitting because i get bored easily from things.

but wait ....

i am not here to narrate what i like or whatnot

I am here to tell i am here on this platform since February 2018. I wasn't a very active person and my intro post was almost after 1 month of joining steem platform but one day i found neoxian. First, i was surprised to see bank? and on a blockchain? it got my attention and started following him so i started to read his every post. Then one day he announced about his sever. I still remember i asked for server ink and he replied me his server link.

I joined his city and then slowly and gradually along with monster mistakes I am here and writing this post :P XD

I got kicked many times because of my rude attitude not because i was a rule breaker so if any of you have this doubt I got kicked because of rules then correct it :P

When i was new in the city i don't remember i read rules like now i am seeing newbies are doing same.

Ummm you guys might be thinking about why my main focus is #Rules. So lemme clear

#TheCityOfNeoxian is not an ordinary city. It is a city of one Dragon ruler who is ruling his city with his Defined parameters. He has standards and he doesn't compromise on his standards and this is what makes him unique and an awesome leader.

The city is a complete package of fun and goodies if you are active and following defined rules. Then this city is for you ;)

Before coming on this post, i Dmed Zaku and said Zaku i am not going to write a post on Rules because if people ain't bothering to read those rules in a city then they won't bother to read the post as well.

You have to be #CitizenPlus in order to access #PostPromotion.

What is citizen plus?

So instead of writing lemme show you

Neoxian city is divided into different categories of citizens

#Dragons

Dragons are the most respected and amazingly amazing citizens

Second highest rank is #citizensharps #sharp is basically a paid subscription but sharps have a soft corner in dragon's heart he gives them more privilege ;)

3rd one is #CitizenPLus it is free but you have to win this role. How? Hmmm, there is Mee6 purge after every 2 weeks so when purge happens then there is always Giveaway for citizen blunt. They can partake and win Citizenplus role so then they can get access to #PostPromotion Room.

Last we have #CitizenBlunts. The city has nothing for them because they are idle bots :P XD

Actually, many people don't know how does this city work if only then come to know then probably they'll know what they have missed so far :P

Back to rules :P

Alright there are 2 types of giveaway

Highest mee6 level

about an interesting topic.

In order to participate in both giveaway's, there are some conditions such as:

Generally, mee6 level 3 is required so if you're new and you are seeing giveaways is happening so please first #Read, then #think (are you fulfil all the required conditions) then #react if you think you meet all requirements. Otherwise, you might get kicked from the server.

In order to access #PP and win a giveaway, there is 24-hour rule very important rule you must have chatted in past 24 hours and a proper chat not just 'hi' or 'hello'

@xawi, very well done. You have come a long way since I first met you. I do not recall the full circumstances of our meeting. Great to interact with you again.

Now your post. I love it. You pulled together key points and I have read the rules more than once and still need a refresher. Your explanation of hierarchy is great (it pulled together more information to enhance my understanding).

Your paragraph: "The city is a complete package of fun and goodies if you are active and following defined rules. Then this city is for you ;)" is perfect. I am amazed at the fun participants have there. I could never instill that on my own Server, but then considering who's city it is may explain it. That leadership that makes it all work comes through loud and clear.
