You're Better Than Your Mistakes- Moving Forward

Life and the World try to get you down by making you focus on your past mistakes.

Fear of the future causes anxiety.

Fear of the past causes stagnation.

If you dwell on your failures, which you cannot change without a time machine you are going to stagnate into depression.

Learn from your past mistakes, forgive yourself and move on.

Why are you locked in a battle with your past self? Essentially that is what you are doing.

To move forward, focus on a day at a time, an hour or even a minute at a time if you need to.

What will your future self see as your achievements? What can you do today to improve your lot? Or will you choose to stagnate again, build more regret and stay where you are?

Make the choice to move forward. There is no going back.
