That is ingenious! I have the same problem here. I hate soap getting all soggy or crusty at the side of the washbasin, so I've been buying handwash for the past few years. But now I want to cut down the amount of plastic I buy and I was wondering how to manage the soap dish problem. This is ideal, and you can throw them in the washing machine as well. Excellent!
