Healthy Tea for the Cold Weather
Lemon Grass Ginger Tea
It’s cold today in Bamenda, the North West Region of Cameroon. There has been a surprising heavy downpour and places are very cold and this explains why my son, Nabil and I have decided to make some healthy green tea for the entire family.
We harvested the organic Lemon grass from our garden, chopped it into smaller pieces and added ginger powder to it in our coffee maker.
After some 15 minutes we hard our healthy tea ready for consumption.
