 OVER COMING PAST NEGATIVITY  

One of the hardest thing to over come in life is fear, anger, disappointment and lock of self confident, all of these factors can be challenging in surviving today's world but, wait there is still hope as we are going to take on in depth look into these hurdles.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR EMOTIONS    

Documenting your inner feelings and thoughts can deliver the necessity needed clarity to move along on the journey of life. Writing your own journal can also become an external container for your negativity instead of carrying the burden your self, if you have difficulty in terms of writing, are you can't be bothered with it, another alternative is to talk to an unconditionally loving friend or a good therapist or family member that can provide you with a safe space to work through the process of self-discovery that paves the way towards a newly positive way of living. 

Take a fulfilling Vocation that makes you feel alive 

Sometimes our jobs, the people around us, the environment can all make us  feel stagnated and also impact on our pursuit for happiness. 

looking back on my life journey, i realized how much these difficult periods of my life have somehow taught me how to be much happier, i grew up in a rural town without the love of a father and mother and struggle on my own from 9-10 years old, yet still i never gave up the fight, i was in fear, lost and lonely with only a few friends to call on in times of needs.

One of the method i use was the practice of positive affirmations 

Affirmations is a great tool for transforming your beliefs, generating love and positive thinking. You can choose from various affirmations in general and then tailor them to each fragile areas of your self-esteem. example, “I have limitless potential to succeed and I can overcome any challenge” would suit almost everyone, while “I am deserving of love, my dream partner will come into my life sooner than I expect” can also be useful for those trying to move on in their romantic lives. You might say your affirmations every night before you go to bed, or opt to recite them into the mirror as you get up in the morning to go about your daily life.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS, BE SUPER PROACTIVE 

In addition to reflecting on the useful consequence of your struggles, you can in a symbolic way draw a line under the negative aspect of your history with major changes like migrating to a new home or changing your job if you have multiple skills, or by simply making several micro changes that represent the theme of renewal. Signing up for new classes, revitalizing your wardrobe, pursuing new hobbies and improving your fitness are all excellent examples of activities that can boost your sense of well-being and positivity. All of these simple changes has significantly help to reshape my ideas about myself and world, taking me towards greater success and happiness.
