An OverFlowing Lake
Good morning everyone!
Here are some more pictures from my trip last week, taken with my new (used) Acer Liquid cellphone.
These pictures are all of our visit to one of the beaches along Lake Ontario.
This picture really reminds me of the mangroves in central america, which love to grow close to the ocean. This poor tree however is not a mangrove and will likely die from the oxygen exposure on its roots.
The farthest pole is suppose to be part of the beach, that gives you a little idea how high the water in Lake Ontario is right now.
I love lighthouses and there are two in this shot. Sorry it isn't level.
The reflection on the water from the sun made this shot quite a bit of fun.
I think I stood at this rock watching the water lap around it for five minutes or so, watching the sand shift and meld around it.
Yes that is my foot, enjoying the water and thinking about footsteps.

I do I do! I just have to check my other laptop for them!
I love taking pictures of footprints! There is a magical feeling about the mark you leave at places.... Where do they lead, where did they came from...

Cool shots, I had no clue the water has risen that much this year! WOW! I'll have to show my husband he was born and raised in Pickering, but we live in Nova Scotia now.
