Future years could average near $1 billion, thanks to a steady stream of money for restoration projects from fines and payments related to the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster and oil spill that are being paid to the state over 15 years...

Interesting article if you're interested in coastal restoration like I am. They're spending a lot of money trying to restore the marsh and swamps, I have to applaud them for that, I just hope that most of the money is being used wisely, after all its government making all the decisions. With this much money being thrown around, we all need to go into the coastal restoration business, lol.....

Also, if you look at the graph above, engineering and design looks like a big number to me, that's probably where the best jobs are, sit behind a desk and play on a computer, lol.
