It's dark when I wake up. It's dark when I get home. I need to share something happy!
Ah, the dreaded daylight savings time of year has arrived. It tends to make me incredibly grumpy, so I figured I would share some happy pictures of our adorable Yorkie, Bastian, in order to avoid said grumpiness for just a little longer :)
Last week, @jasonrussell and I took our two daughters and our little canine friend out to explore around the Winona, MO area. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy a beautiful autumn day before a dreary week of rain, cold, and darkness. Mr. Bash loves to tag along and enjoy adventure time with us!
Bash exploring the shut-ins at Klepzig Mill
And exploring the waterfall at Rocky Falls...You can see our youngest daughter peeking out in the background! :)
Turns out that our 17mm-40mm lens is pretty effective at taking doggie glamour photos, But it's pretty easy to do with this handsome little fella ;)
Someone was photographing a German Shepard by the falls as we walked out. We forgot to bring his leash, so he exited in style on our oldest daughter's shoulders
We had a really fun day exploring with our kids and our able-bodied dog (Our other dog is a 15 year old chihuahua that can't quite move like he used to) We took lots of pictures and I hope to share more soon! Now back to the dark and cold. I'm gonna try to stay as positive as possible this season. In conclusion...our dog is super cute ;) Have a good Tuesday evening!
Yes up north the days are to short! That’s the worst part of winter!
Humans have kept dogs as pets for over 12,000 years.
