The storm of January 1st and, of course, the storm that has occurred on January 7th or 6th (2018), in the area where my friend Lindsay and his family live there, has caused concern. They got stressed and worried on January 1st. I was very worried about reading Lindensy's article later. It's a matter of hurting me that my friends face challenges all over the world. So in this text I write a solution to it.

Introduction

The storms annually carry a lot of damage so that damage to some of them is unrecoverable for years to come. They kill many people and make many homeless. In such a difficult situation, rebuilding houses in the world is a waste of people for years to come. To prevent these problems there are some solutions that are discussed in this article.

Wind and its formation

The air moves from high pressure to low pressure areas. Hence, the difference in pressure on the wind speed is effective. If the difference is low, the load is mild, but if the difference is high, the wind will be severe.The higher the pressure difference between the two points, the greater the air flow rate. The difference in pressure between two points is called the pressure gradient.

Spectacular winds, storms and tropical winds:

1- Usually there is a good warning and warning because the global meteorological systems have progressed greatly.

2. Their start is gradual.

3. More than a seasonal pattern.

4- Afterwards, there are usually flood and storm floods due to heavy rainfall and landslides.

5. Damage to buildings, substructures and the environment is very high.


Types of winds and related definitions:

A) Mild wind: Every wind speed is less than 2 meters per second. The wind is considered mild.

B) Mild wind: Wind is mild if the wind speed is between 2 and 5 m / s.

C) Average wind: If wind speed is between 5 and 10 m / s, the wind is average.

(D) Extreme wind: When the wind speed is between 10 and 15 m / s, the wind is intense.

Readiness Requirements:

1. Harmony for effective alert

Preventive measures for the warning phase

3- Transferring people to safe havens

4. General preparedness in susceptible areas and knowledge of bird vehicles

5- Providing Structural Regulation

6. Promoting public awareness and public education

7- The most important issue is the construction of safe structures against storms.

 A) storms around  residential buildings and structures increase the exterior pressure of  the house, and because the pressure inside the unit is lower, so the air  is sucked out from the inside and this air flow destroys some  buildings.

 B- Usually, the  steep roofs are more damaged due to more contact with high pressure air,  but the walls also damage and, as you can see, are damaged in wooden or  lightweight structures.

What is the solution to this problem in structural design?
Aerodynamic architecture


Aerodynamic force:
Aerodynamics  or an airplane is a branch of the dynamics of gases and, in general, a  fluid dynamics that examines the behavior of the airflow and its effect  on moving objects. The solution of an aerodynamic problem  is the calculation of the velocity field, the pressure, and the  temperature of the air around an object. For this purpose, we must solve the governing equations for the fluid flow. Then we can calculate the force and momentum that is applied to the object with the help of the solution.
Aerodynamic problems can be categorized in different aspects.


A common classification based on the flow pattern of the air. If the aerodynamic question relates to the flow of air around an object, then it is external aerodynamics, and if it is related to the air flow inside an environment, it is called internal aerodynamics.


For example, external aerodynamics, air flow around an airplane and, for example, internal aerodynamics, the flow of air into a jet engine or wind tunnel.

The second method is classification based on the density of the air. If the airflow density is constant at all points in the fluid field and does not change with time, then the flow is incompressible and otherwise is compressible.

The third method is the classification of aerodynamic problems based on the Mach number of the airflow. If the Mach number is smaller than one, the flow is superfluous if, if it is near one, the current flow, if it is greater than one and less than five, is a dipole flow, and if it is greater than five, the secondary flow is read.

When the wind blows dramatically, the building must be internally and externally shaped, with aerodynamic aerodynamics minimizing its stress and force and minimizing friction. In buildings with their exterior appearance either square or rectangular and cornered, as well as their ceiling is designed in a slope, wind blowing is a very big problem.

There are special forms of design in high buildings. But for small buildings, the optimal design must be introduced.

As mentioned above, the difference in pressure between the inside and outside of the house is reduced. It should be done that the building has minimum required wind impact.

If the direction of the storm is clear, the following scheme can be used.

The sharp tip of the structure should be in the direction of wind blowing

This will minimize the contact surface of the structure with the wind and easily pass the storm.

Spherical architecture

But if the wind does not have a specific direction and there is no definite behavior, what is the solution? 

In such a situation, the structure must be made in such a way as to reduce the frictionThe aerodynamic property is maximizedThis is nothing but spherical architecture (or semi-spherical architecture)

as you see The cross-section of the circle is more aerodynamic in all directions than other shapes.

Have you ever thought why the earth has not been created in a cubic form?The answer is obvious, because in that case it has no aerodynamic property.Thus, under the influence of the friction of the surrounding atmosphere, it gradually disappeared from the circuit!
