Greetings Steemians!
It's time to share another baby with you from the lake. This time around it is a baby Loon bird! I don't see them very often, but the last two summers have blessed us with lots of new wildlife. It's always wonderful to see life thriving out at the lake!
This mamma Loon and her little grey fluffy baby has been hanging out in the cove near my cottage.
They spend all day fishing, and learning to swim!

It is fun to watch them practice hunting fish together...
The baby often practices diving and hunting...
The baby also likes to hide behind mom!
