Sepp Holzer - The Agro Rebel - Permaculture in Salzburg Alps
Josef "Sepp" Holzer is a farmer, an author, and an international consultant for natural agriculture. He farmed steep mountainsides in Austria 1,500 meters above sea level. His farm, now run by his son is an intricate network of terraces, raised beds, ponds, waterways and tracks, well covered with productive fruit trees and other vegetation, with the farmhouse neatly nestling amongst them. This is in dramatic contrast to his neighbors' spruce monocultures. He is an inspiration to many people around the world. This is a short documentary about him.

Permaculture is an interesting agricultural technology, that builds on ecological relationship between plants to maximize crop yield with minimum input. It does, however, require considerable forethought in planning the planting area.
