Isobagul Bhusi - A Natural Medicine

in #naturalproducts5 years ago (edited)

Friends
Today, I am sharing with you another wonderful natural herbal ingredient. Although, as I said earlier, natural herbal remedies are still very popular in the countries of the Indian subcontinent and many people still rely on these natural herbal ingredients. Because natural remedies do not have any side effects. Moreover, they are cheaper in terms of price. However, one has to be careful about accepting them.

Isobagul is an ingredient in excellent natural herbs. It is still very popular in India and Bangladesh. Isobagul is also known as psyllium husk or blond plantain. It is especially used to solve the digestive tract problem. Because it is a seed rich in fiber. It also contains many other products useful to the human body, which are very effective in preventing difficult diseases.

In particular, my dad used to feed us regularly when we are small, to solve our digestive problems. Of course I still eat it before going to bed at night to cure constipation. Before going to bed at night, Isobagul 4 tablespoons of it in a glass of water, soak it for half an hour, then take it. It works like magic to cure constipation. Many people wake up in the morning and eat it before eating anything.

5 minutes before eating food, 1 gram of Isobagul mixed with boiling water. This reduces the excess demand for other foods. As a result, the weight is under control.
Isobagul is a hypocholesteric food, which lowers the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood and increases the amount of good cholesterol. In addition, it reduces the amount of tri-glyceride in the blood. As a result, the risk of heart disease is reduced.

You will be surprised to hear about its benefits. It is a natural ingredient that is very beneficial to the human body. Especially able to play a very effective role in constipation, prevention of piles, digestive problems, diarrhea, weight control, acidity, improvement of digestive tract, diabetes and heart health. Regrettably, we are today more reliant on artificial medicine, excluding these natural remedies.

However, before taking any natural products, one should know about it well and consume it by following proper rules.

You've just reminded me that I bought some of this a while ago for baking with. I never ended up using it, however, so that's good to hear I can use it in other ways.

I do worry a bit about people using psyllium as a CURE for constipation. It really is nothing more than a temporary fix-it and causes a lazy bowel with constant use, which in turn CAUSES constipation. Changing the diet, becoming more physically active and drinking much more water are the real cures for constipation.

Using it as a weight loss tool? That's an interesting idea if it is VERY short term. :)

It's practically unheard of here in Thailand, where people use natural foods like mango or herbs instead.
