He claimed that flower medicine can help mainly with mind-related discomforts. People with stress, anxiety, sadness and depression can get this natural flower medicine treatment to achieve normal well-being. Dr. Bach says that flower medicines support emotional balance when one goes to the extreme.
Calendula, Chamomile, Lavender, and Rose are very few examples of a long list of flowers from which flower essence is taken for the preparation of medicines. Most of the medicines are taken orally for the treatment.
One should remember that flower medicine is not a substitute for our traditional treatment. It can be used as a supplement with conventional medicines in the treatment.
