Colin LeMahieu first ran into Bitcoin in 2010 and immediatly recognized the potential of the decentralized currency.
After many years of researching it he began to notice its flaws. Scalability, transfer times, high fees were among the biggest issues.
Colin knew that they had to be addressed in order for cryptocurrency to become mainstream one day. So he decided to embrak on a mission in 2014 to design a payment system that could build on the base of bitcoin but be scalable, feeless, instant, ecofriendly and decentralized.

During the next three years of development many hurdles came and some projects even came close to developing superior technology. Colin made the decision that if any of them would surpass them in development he would abandon the project. He and his team kept moving on and "Raidblocks" finally broke into the space in 2017. Yet it took much longer for it to be recognized by the masses. Even today only very few know about this revolutionary technology. 2018 will be the year where former "Raiblocks" now NANO will reach the top of the space. The superior innovation will eventually get to the promise land. Its just a matter of time.
