DAO Leadership

The Mysterium Network team brought DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) Leadership experts to Vilnius, Lithuania from January 8-11, 2019. It was an amazing experience to learn and work in agile environment for a week, while trying to improve our communications and operational efficiency. We would like to thank Grace Rachmany, Marco Houwen and Alex for an amazing practice that they shared with us during the workshop.

We had an opportunity to work on:

Agile team environment - meeting everyone in person, team members from countries around the globe like Lithuania, London, Singapore, Switzerland, Kyrgyzstan, and Puerto Rico participated.
Communications - making decisions as a team, improving the process.
Operational efficiency - yearly & quarterly tasks, goals and epics where established.

Mysterium Network founder Robert Visinskis gave an overview of our plans for 2019. We discussed a wide array of topics including our financial planning, product development, go to market strategy, legal considerations, marketing, and community growth.

The Mysterium Network team worked together in brainstorm sessions by separating the main work categories (like Nodes, Sales / Marketing, Operations, etc.) and letting the whole team chip in with their ideas.

This workshop was an amazing opportunity to follow up the full concept of the product, to catch up with the language barriers that different teams use, to work side by side with everyone, and the most important to get to know each other better.

The beautiful view and snowy weather outside didn’t stop us from getting our progress done.
