My simple and healthy breakfast ...
A cup of coffee, a piece of Prata with chicken and veggies curry is a simple and healthy diet , I think.
Carbohydrate, protein and vegetables for health are all in there. It's really delicious. I like it so much.

ေကာ္ဖီ တစ္ခြက္ .. ထပ္တရာ တစ္ခ်ပ္ နဲ႔ ၾကက္သား ပဲကုလားဟင္း သည္ က်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္ ညီၫြတ္သည့္ မနက္စာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္ .. က်န္းမာေရးအတြက္လိုအပ္ေသာ ကစီဓါတ္, အသားဓါတ္ , ဟင္းသီးဟင္းရြက္ အာဟာရစံုလင္စြာပါပါသည္ ..
