ခ်က္စားပါက စားလို႕လည္ူေကာင္း ခံတြင္းၿမိန္ေစသည့္ အျပင္ က်န္းမာေရး
ႏွင့္ ညီညတ္ ေစပါသည္
ေဂြးသီးငပိခ်က္ မည္ဆိုပါက
အရင္ဆံုး ငပိတစ္ေလး မ်ားအားေရေဆး လိုသလို အတံုးေလးမ်ားတံုးထားပါ
ေဂြးသီးေလးမ်ားအား ေရေဆး ပီး ေရအနည္းငယ္ ထည့္ တစ္ပြက္ဆူ ရံုျပဳပ္
ထို႕ေနာက္ ေဂြးသီး အ ေပၚခြံမ်ားအား ဖယ္ရွားပစ္ပါ
ေဂြးသီးေလးမ်ားသည္ ႏုႏုေလးမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ အတြက္ ဇြန္းျဖင့္ ထိုးေျခ ရံုျဖင့္ ပင္ ေၾကၿပီးအႏွစ္ရရွိ မွာမွာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္

ဆီျပန္လာပါက အေပါ့အငံျမည္း ငရုတ္သီးစိမ္းေလးအုပ္ စားလို႕ရပါၿပီ
