Well Bro you are going to face the same situation I have faced six years ago. I was in front of over 3000 audience in a small stadium. But don't think about the number of audience because it is not a matter whether it is 1000 or 3000. You will see only heads and heads everywhere. 

However lets come to the point. First of all prepare yourself by knowing your presentation topic properly. Then get all the main points in your head. If you know all the points of your presentation then it will be easy to make speech for the presentation. You will be able to speak deliberately to any audience. 

When you feel that you are ready to cover everything of your presentation then start rehearsing of your own for sometimes then call some of your friends who can present in the audience on the final day and family members to rehearse in front of them. This will help you to get rid from half of your fear. Cause on the day of presentation as audience if there are some friends and family members stay there in front of you then your eyes will be on their and you will feel the whole audience as your own persons. This will make you feel you are not alone.

On the day of presentation try to go one hour earlier to the presentation place and set your friends, colleague and family members to seat as you want. This will give you confidence that you are controlling the audience. If possible them make a rehearsal for the last time. 

When guests are started to arrive try to go to them and greet and meet with them. Escort them to their seat to make yourself comfortable to them and gain confidence as you make them to seat as your wish though the front side sitting are pre-planned. Talk to them about presentation topic which will help you to get easier with most of the audience in front row. 

Take the task in your mind as the easiest work in this world. Cause when presentation will start none going to stop you and none going to criticize your presentation at that moment. It's all your own and nothing will be able to stop of humiliate you. Think yourself as a best presenter and you will be boosted. After introducing yourself to the audience your friends should clap for you. So make sure you tell them to do so before the presentation starts. This will refresh your mind and your confidence will be higher. Make some joke on starting to ease yourself.

Go ahead with your presentation and you will be successful.
