There are no fees to use the system, like with ethereum or bitcoin. You will get a certain amount of bandwidth and storage space by staking your coins. I am not sure how it will look at this time, but you should be able to rent out your staked tokens to those who need more storage space or bandwidth via a smart contract. get it through reddit
