in my opinion the easiest language is python because it has a fairly fast learning and has a way of writing quite a bit without having to worry about; among other things there is another such as ruby that are quite good but you need a minimum experience but it depends on you so much you insist on learning to program and how is the apprenticeship and understanding that you put the language you learn to learn.
