Running.  This is a short answer but go out for a run. It helps with endormphins and you feel great after it. Also a guy in Ireland does a free podcast about depression and overcoming it in Ireland. Its called the blindboy podcast and it is the number one podcast in the UK and Ireland. Really worth a listen as he got over severe depression by running
