Is the Roman Garum making a comeback? Would you consider using garum as a condiment if you get the chance?

I'm a fan to the idea of a historical sauce coming back into existence. I mean, Ancient Romans used love this stuff and there must be a reason for it right? I've only seen 1 instance of someone recreating the sauce with historical accuracy and according to him it's the nectar of the gods. Why hasnt anyone made a business out of it?
