How useful are internships to the success of students?

Student Internship is a very important practice that enables students gain more experience and this adds more to their skills regarding their field.

I strongly believe internships can make students attain success in their career provided such students develops that passion or love for what they do. The internship can make them excel very great in their chosen field due to the knowledge they will learn or acquire from experts in such field.

One of the questions interviewers do ask job seekers is that "what can you offer" and "how many years of experience do you have"?

Students who had undergone internship will develop confidence to answer such question because they've already known what the job is all about due to the knowledge acquired from internship. Any activities done in such company won't be strange to them.

Lastly, I will leave you with this question to answer yourself. If you own a company, who will you employ between someone who have working experience based on the posts you want to render or someone new into the system? You can answer that and see for yourself because I am sure you won't want your company to go into extinction.
