7 Day Wayback Music Challange - Day 1

Thanks for the nomination @bigskycustoms for day 1 I picked Dani California by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. This single was released on May 2, 2006 and was the anthem to my summer. Being that I just got my drivers license. My friends and I wpuld blare this song with the windows down. At this point, we did not have a care in the world. We did not have to work and all we thought about were girls and hanging out with friends. Every time I hear this song it takes me back to that summer.

The rules:

Write a few words about who made you listen to this song for the first time, what this song means to you (was it a breakup song? you blasted it at 100% on your audio system when you were partying with your friends?) whatever you want.
Write your text while listening to the song. As soon as the song ends, wrap up what you where writing and submit it.
