As we move into 2017 it is becoming more clear that BLOCKCHAIN is set to revolution and reshape most, if not all Industries in the coming years.
The Music Industry is no exception and if any will be one of the Industries that will benefit the most.
In the future Artists, Songwriters, Singers and Musicians will be rewarded more fairly as Blockchain Technology realigns the ownership of content, creation and sharing.
This is a HUGE step forward for the MUSIC Industry and one that will encourage more creativity and flare.
As this story develops in the coming weeks, months and years I will share with you the progress.

Last year a number of companies started up in the business of digital music and blockchain like: PledgeMusic, PeerTracks, BitTunes and Mycelia.
Another Thought
Before recording was invented, artist earned their money with performing. Maybe that should be the way for the future?
Peertrack is on a Graphene chain like Steem. The name of the token and blockchain is MUSE. It's quiet for the moment but I remain optimist on its future.
Hi Stephen, I saw this belatedly - there has been a lot of development - I suspect that you missed a piece I wrote a little while back which includes a lot of innovations, including 'Notes' - music money!
