Sordid Clot is the Russian death metal & grindcore band, founded in 1999, in the city of Bryansk. To date, the project has released 4 full-length albums and 4 splits with other Russian bands of the same genre.

Брянская команда Sordid Clot возникла в 1999 году. Дебют на сцене состоялся в 2000, на фестивале Grand Freak Show - возможно, именно это обстоятельство и определило дальнейшую судьбу команды, вернее ее художественные предпочтения. Дело в том, что первое время группа играла правоверный грайндкор, а то и дэт метал, об особых перверсиях ни в текстах, ни в музыке речи не шло. Но вот как-то постепенно, постепенно музыканты пришли к тому, что мы имеем сейчас. От судьбы не уйти, воистину.
