It's software Amplitube by IK multimedia, Ampeg settings. It doesn't sound as warm as a real amp, but with some tweaking it's near it.

Cool, yeah i'm familiar with amplitube i love their philharmonik plugin. The newest version of guitar rig is pretty good too for software emulation.
Oh yes Philharmonik is great! I use it in all my songs, especially the piano.
