I can't answer your question yet, but I would like to know myself. By the sounds of the video, they seem to have it under control, but it may need some time to shake out before we will know if it is sustainable. I will be posting more as I find out.
Thanks for pointing the interview out to me. Miners create te funds to pay the musicians, the amount of funds pay to each individual musician is based on the number of plays of a tracks of that musician. Functions as before, other than that the listener is not paying to play.
