Nothing Else Matters (Metallica) (en español: «Nada Más Importa»), es una balada de la banda estadounidense de thrash metal Metallica.

Fue lanzada en 1992 como el tercer sencillo del álbum de estudio autotitulado, Metallica (The Black Album).

La canción llegó al número 11 en la lista de éxitos de Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks así como en el top-ten de numerosas listas de éxitos europeas. "Nothing Else Matters" se incluyó como una canción para el videojuego Guitar Hero: Metallica. La canción ha sido versionada más de cuarenta veces. Se ubica en el puesto 7 de las 1000 canciones de siempre de la revista Q Music. Es reconocida como una de las canciones más conocidas y famosas del grupo Metallica. Se convirtió en una de las canciones que siempre toca el grupo en cada concierto.

El cantante y guitarrista James Hetfield escribió la canción Nothing Else Matters ("nada importa") fueron las últimas palabras del abuelo del cantante, James Hetfield. Así que no es de sorprender que esta misma canción fuera interpretada asimismo por la formación al poco de su edición como single en el famoso concierto homenaje tras el fallecimiento de Freddie Mercury.

Este cover fue realizado por mi @juliolunar en el teclado y programación (Bateria y acompañamiento) junto a mi amigo y steemian @leomolina (en la guitarra) en una presentación exclusiva para @dtube.
