To celebrate the 15th anniversary of his label, Pedro Winter has imagined a meeting of the 3rd type: to call on a symphony orchestra to replay 15 years of electronic music.
A Medley from the best of the Ed Banger catalog, from Justice to Mr. Oizo, from DJ MEHDI to SebastiAn, from Busy P to Breakbot, no electronic machine on stage, all performed by the Lamoureux Orchestra (70 musicians, including the virtuoso Gael Rakotondrabe - Pianist, winner of the 2008 Montreux Jazz Solo Piano Contest, and collaborator of CocoRosie, Antony and the Johnsons, or more recently Woodkid), led by the talented Thomas Roussel.
A classical concert, where the melodies of Justice will be confronted with SebastiAn's harsh sounds reinterpreted on the violin, Boston Bun's house music and Breakbot's funk revisited by a dozen brass instruments ...
