Pholiota aurivella - Чешуйчатка золотистая -#ccc
Greetings to you, friends! I want to present you my new find. On an old log I discovered a family of mushrooms. On appearance these mushrooms look very frightening. They bristled like hedgehogs, or wild creatures. Anyone who does not know, can decide that this is a poisonous mushroom.
These mushrooms at an early age are very sticky, covered with mucus cap. Touching them is not very pleasant. But, these are only external impressions.
In fact, this mushroom, wonderful and very edible. Moreover, it is a very useful fungus, which, according to the content of trace elements that a person needs, can be placed in the front rows, among all types of food.
Its name is Pholiota aurivella.
Do you like fish, because it contains a lot of phosphorus?
In these mushrooms it is not less!
A huge amount of fats, proteins. This mushroom, like a store that sells food for bodybuilders, has everything for muscle mass. Iron, sodium, calcium, magnesium, you do not need to go to the pharmacy for vitamins, here, everything is there.
It is not just an edible mushroom with excellent taste and nutritional qualities, it is also a therapeutic mushroom. Do you have low hemoglobin, or is the function of the thyroid gland broken? This mushroom is an excellent find for you!
It is believed that this is the best therapeutic fungus in the world, none of the known, therapeutic mushrooms can compete with it. This is a natural immunostimulant.
As you can see, these fungi grow in large families. They grow quite quickly. I was at this place a few days ago and did not see these mushrooms. It's hard not to notice them. They are very bright and their hats reflect the sunlight.
So, how to consume them for food. For starters, they should be boiled for about forty minutes. After that, water should be drained from them, you will not need it. Then, you can fry these mushrooms, you can cook soup, and marinade them perfectly. In any form they will be tasty, even in salads.
I said, even in salads, the fact is that I like to eat mushrooms separately, and lettuce, separately. if you like otherwise, I will not object.

You are right! The color and overall look of these mushrooms would make me think they are not safe to eat. I would have guessed you found them in a dragon's garden! I'm surprised as how healthy they really are. Really interesting, thank you!
