The dramatic life of the fence posts!
Scrolling down the feed I have come across the The Old Dog Presents: The Mundane as Art Round 15......... Fence Posts! contest by @kus-knee. I have really liked taking part in his competitions before since it is always fun to see the other entries. A community spirit! And most of all, I am expecting to see new faces participating in the challenge!
Sometimes you take pictures of all and everything in your way. Later thinking to delete it all. No, don't do that, wait for the right moment to share with the world!
That would be the intro to my first entry - the wired poll. Felt like an interesting object at first, followed by a self-battle and here I am, sharing it.
Thinking about the second entry, while I was trying to choose between the images, one has been scrapped in the post-processing. In the end, I have decided to go with the London look and a bright zigzag polls for the second entry (has been previously shared on Steemit).
It is an ordinary fence but it has grabbed my attention with its shape and colour. Like a field of blue flowers prettifies the landscape in Spring, so was this fence creating vivid surroundings.
And since I could not decide, I am adding another one which won't count towards the contest.
So this one and the first one were captured in Birmingham, during the photographers' meet-up. I have also written a post about the experience. Please see the link below:
